THINK. Account Deletion

How to request deletion
You can request deletion in either way:
1. In app: Account > Cloud & Data.
2. On the web: submit the deletion request form at the bottom of this page. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Account deletion requests
If you choose “Delete my account and associated data,” we will permanently delete your THINK account and associated data, subject to limited retention described below.
Data-only deletion requests
If you choose “Delete specific data only,” we will delete the data categories you request while keeping your account active, where technically and legally feasible.
What data is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete account-associated app data, including:
- Account profile data (for example, account identifiers and profile metadata).
- User content associated with the account (for example, reflections and related cloud content).
- App-level preferences and notification registrations associated with the account.
What data may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for:
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Abuse prevention and enforcement.
- Financial reconciliation and tax/accounting obligations.
- Legal and regulatory compliance.
Additional retention period
Any retained data is kept only for the minimum period required for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized.
Processing timeline
After we verify account ownership, we begin processing requests and complete them within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Subscriptions
If you purchased a subscription through Google Play or Apple, you may also need to cancel that subscription directly in your store account settings.
